2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They keep your session active, remember your language, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and record whether you have answered the cookie banner. We do not need your consent for these.

Analytics - consent required

Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are used, how visitors arrive and where they leave. We also keep a first-party record of pages viewed, time on page, referrer and campaign parameters, so we can see which channels produce genuine enquiries. None of this loads until you accept.

Functional - consent required

Our live chat keeps a small identifier so a conversation survives a page change.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Your choices

The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline the non-essential categories. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working, including the quotation form.

Most browsers additionally send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. We honour it for our own first-party analytics.
