1. Who we are

Rawplex supplies and exports industrial, food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade raw materials to manufacturers worldwide. This policy covers the website rawplex.org and the enquiry, quotation and support services offered through it.

2. What we collect

We collect only what a business enquiry needs.

2.1 Information you give us

Quotation requests. Your name, email address, telephone number and company, plus the commercial details of the enquiry: product, grade, quantity, intended application, packaging, destination country and port, shipping mode, Incoterm, target price and required delivery time.
Contact messages. Name, email, phone, company, subject and the content of your message.
Live chat. The messages you send us and, if you provide them, your name and email so we can reply.
Newsletter. Your email address.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Technical data. IP address, browser user-agent, the pages you view and the time spent on them.
Referral and campaign data. The site that sent you to us and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
Analytics. Aggregated usage measurement through Google Analytics 4.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious views) or payment card numbers through this website.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation - necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To fulfil and support an order, including export documentation and logistics - performance of a contract.
To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse of our forms - our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
To understand how the site is used and improve it - your consent, given through the cookie banner.
To send you commercial updates where you asked for them - your consent, withdrawable at any time.
To meet legal, customs and tax obligations - compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is needed to deliver what you asked for:

freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers, where a shipment requires it;
our hosting, email and analytics providers, acting on our instructions;
professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Because we export worldwide, delivering an order may involve transferring your details to a country outside your own. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months from last contact.
Customer and transaction records: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by tax, customs and accounting law.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics and visit logs: 14 months.

6. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also erase your data yourself using our data deletion instructions. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, and we do not load analytics cookies until you accept them. The detail is in our Cookie Policy.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the Rawplex staff who need it, through individual accounts with role-based permissions, and administrative interfaces are not publicly reachable.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will say so on the site.
