1. These terms

By using rawplex.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They govern the website only; any supply of goods is governed by the separate sales contract agreed between us.

2. Quotations are not offers

Product listings, specifications and indicative prices on this site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to the material still being available and to confirmation of freight cost at the time of order. A contract is formed only when we issue a proforma invoice or order confirmation and you accept it.

3. Product information

We work to keep specifications, CAS numbers, HS codes and certifications accurate and current. They are provided for identification and preliminary evaluation, and they do not replace the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, which is the authoritative document for any delivered lot.

You remain responsible for confirming that a material is lawful, registered and fit for your intended use in your country, and for complying with the import, labelling and food, feed or pharmaceutical rules that apply to you. Nothing here is technical, regulatory or legal advice.

4. Export control and sanctions

Supply is conditional on compliance with the export control, sanctions and anti-diversion laws that apply to us and to you. We may decline or cancel an enquiry or order where supply would breach those rules, and you confirm you are not acting for a restricted party and will not re-export in breach of them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or automated enquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or infringing material.

6. Intellectual property

The Rawplex name, logo, site design, text, photography and product documentation are owned by Rawplex or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including listings, at any time.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, production or business, arising from your use of this website.

9. Third-party links

Where we link to another site we do so for convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where Rawplex's registered address is located.
